Package Details and Cancellation Policy

The package price includes the participation fee (depending on the registration date) plus an additional €436 for single occupancy (€109 per night) or €356 per person in a double room (€89 per night).

The cancellation fees for the paid participation fee are in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

For the hotel accommodation, the following cancellation fees apply and will be refunded in cash:

• Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation

• 89–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

• 29–14 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount

• 13 days or less before arrival / no-show: 100% of the total amount

Cancellations must be made in writing. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
